How to order the Energex Occupancy Based Energy Management System
Our occupancy based energy management system is as easy to order as it is to install. If you have any questions or difficulties with any part of the process, please call us immediately at 1-866-787-1836 and we will be happy to help. Your answers will also help us find the best energy rebates in your area. Finding energy rebates is something we gladly do for our customers as it can often make the return on investment less than two years (sometimes less than one).
1. Fill out our Service Request Form
In order to
give you accurate pricing, we need some details about your building,
your heating/cooling systems and even your utility provider (so we can
check which energy rebates apply to you). Your answers are sent to us immediately and we'll get back to you within 24hrs. Click here to fill out the form.
2. Review with an Energex Rep
An Energex representative will call you to review your request and get any other details that would help us get you an accurate quote.
3. Choose from our 3 pricing options
Once
we have the info we need will prepare an easy to understand proposal
for you and give you 3 ways to pay for your Energex system - either full
cash payment, lease or our ever popular and economical shared energy
savings option.
4. Prove the energy savings to yourself with our Pilot Partnership
How much energy could you be saving with Energex? Our
proposal includes an option to install our system in 3- 5 rooms or office
spaces for a period of 1 -2 months at 50% of the cost. This will let you
know exactly how much energy and money you can expect to save. If you decide to have Energex installed into the rest of your property, you will receive a full credit for
monies paid into the pilot towards the overall purchase price.
