Light House Sustainability Building Centre demonstrates Energex Sensors

Light House Sustainability Building Centre is a non-for-profit organization located in Granville Mark et. Light House is a resource centre for builders who want to plan their living spaces with sustainable objectives in mind. Energex has recently donated an energy management system to their offices. Energex Welcomes Julia Smith and Anita Jurman to our team

Energex welcomes new client UBC Properties Trust. UBC Properties Trust has installed the Energex system in their new Kelowna UBC premises in two of their dormitory buildings. The system expects to save thousands of dollars in wasted HVAC energy during class hours and in the evenings. Our occupancy sensors are set to control both lighting and their HVAC systems in all the rooms.

Energex has recently installed our energy management system at the Comfort Inn Downtown, Vancouver. The Comfort Inn chose an upgradeable system where a panel located in their housekeeping closets shows which rooms are occupied at any given time to help the housekeepers go directly to empty rooms to clean. We have also recently supplied our system to the Delta Vancouver Airport and the new Holiday Inn Express Riverport which will be opening soon in Richmond .
